Some businesses have an IT person, an office manager who handles basic tech, or a small internal team. They know your systems, your people and your ways of working. But even the best in-house resource has limits. Specialist knowledge gaps, holiday cover, sickness, and the sheer volume of modern cybersecurity requirements are hard for one person to stay on top of.
Co-managed IT from Penken Technology works alongside your existing resource, not instead of them. They stay the familiar face your team knows. We provide the specialist skills, tooling and backup they need to do their job properly, for a fixed, transparent monthly fee.

Book a 15-minute call and we’ll talk through your current setup and how co-managed IT could work for your business.
Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, networking and infrastructure expertise available the moment your team needs it, without the cost of hiring a specialist full time.
Your devices and systems are monitored 24/7 using our enterprise-grade toolset, with alerts and response handled so your in-house resource isn't carrying that burden alone.
When your IT person is unavailable, we step in. Your business keeps running and your team always has someone to call.
When something goes beyond your in-house resource's expertise, we're the next call. We resolve the issue and feed the knowledge back so your team grows in the process.
Your in-house resource gets access to the same professional-grade security tools we use for all our clients, including advanced endpoint protection, email security, identity threat detection, web filtering, patch management and more.
We handle the M365 admin, security monitoring and backups that often fall through the cracks when in-house IT is stretched.
Everything is clearly documented so there is full visibility of your IT environment, whoever is managing it on any given day.
Your IT person or office manager continues to support your staff exactly as they do today. They stay the familiar face.
Our toolset watches your systems around the clock, flagging issues and handling security alerts so your resource isn't carrying that alone.
When something needs specialist expertise, extra capacity or cover, they come to us. We resolve it, keep them in the loop and share the reasoning so they learn the fix.
We work alongside your team, not over their heads. The goal is to make your existing resource more capable and more confident, not more reliant on us.
I have used Mark for IT support for a while now. I also recommend Mark to my clients for IT support and website hosting management. Very happy with the service and I always get great feedback from my clients.
