How Our Pricing Works

Our pricing is built around your users, your devices and your compliance requirements, so you only pay for what you genuinely need.

Full and light user fees cover every member of your team depending on their role. A per device fee covers every managed laptop, desktop or workstation. The compliance pack and Cyber Essentials certification are available as optional add-ons for businesses with regulatory or certification requirements. Every client also pays a flat monthly tenant management fee covering the foundation of your Microsoft 365 environment.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Microsoft 365 licence fees are charged separately as these vary depending on the licences your business requires.

Full User

£40 per user per month, ex VAT

For full time staff who need complete IT support

Every full time member of your team gets unlimited remote and on-site support during business hours, alongside a complete set of security tools protecting their email, their identity and their access to Microsoft 365. Whether they are in the office, working remotely or on the move, they are fully covered so your team can focus on their work without technology getting in the way.

Light User

£25 per user per month, ex VAT

For part time staff, mailbox-only users or anyone without a managed device

Light users get the same email security, identity protection and Microsoft 365 management as full users, with support included for Microsoft 365, email and account access queries during business hours. Everyone in your business stays protected and supported without you paying for more than they actually need.

Device-level support is not included for light users as personal devices are outside the scope of the managed service. If a light user requires a managed device, they should move to the full user tier with a per device fee added on top.

Per Device

£20 per device per month, ex VAT

For every managed device in your business

Every managed device is monitored around the clock, kept secure and maintained proactively so your team can work without interruption. Problems are caught before they cause downtime, security threats are dealt with before they become incidents, and support is available remotely and on-site when something goes wrong.

Included for every managed device:

Advanced device security, antivirus and anti-malware
Enterprise-grade protection against malware, ransomware and other threats.
24/7 threat monitoring and response
Our specialist security operations centre watches your devices around the clock, ready to respond if something is detected.
Privileged access management
Prevents staff from accidentally making changes that cause problems, and stops malware from gaining the elevated access it needs to spread. When admin access is genuinely needed, we grant it temporarily and remove it straight away.
Proactive monitoring, patching and updates
We keep your devices up to date and catch issues before they become problems.
Web protection
Blocks access to malicious, inappropriate and unproductive websites.
Device lifecycle tracking
We track your device's age and warranty status, so replacements are planned, not a surprise.
Remote and on-site support for device issues.
Help is available remotely and on-site when something goes wrong with a managed device.

Compliance Pack

£20 per user per month, ex VAT

For regulated and compliance-heavy businesses

The compliance pack is available as an add-on for full and light users. If you need to demonstrate security to a regulator, auditor or insurer, whether that is meeting SRA or FCA requirements, satisfying a cyber insurance application, or evidencing security standards to larger clients and supply chain partners, the compliance pack gives you the controls, training and evidence you need without having to piece it together yourself.

Cyber Essentials

Monthly subscription, ex VAT

For businesses that need to evidence basic cyber hygiene to clients, insurers or regulators

Most businesses think of Cyber Essentials as a one-off or annual certification. Our approach is different. Rather than going through a point-in-time assessment once a year and hoping nothing changes in between, we manage your Cyber Essentials certification on a continuous subscription basis through our partner platform. Your certification is monitored and maintained month to month, so you are always compliant, always evidenceable and never caught out at renewal.

Pricing is based on your total number of users:

One-off guided certification fee, ex VAT

In addition to the monthly platform subscription, a one-off guided certification fee applies. This covers the time involved in assessing your current security posture, identifying any gaps and getting you through the certification process. We will assess your setup before confirming the fee, so you will always know the cost before any work begins.

Microsoft 365 Tenant Management Fee

Flat monthly fee per business, ex VAT

Your Microsoft 365 environment is the foundation everything else runs on. This fee covers the behind the scenes work that keeps it secure, properly configured and running smoothly. Licence management, user provisioning, email authentication, domain management and detailed documentation are all included so nothing lapses, drifts or causes problems you were not expecting.

User provisioning and permissions
New starters are set up correctly from day one, and leavers are removed securely and promptly.

Continuous oversight of your Microsoft 365 environment.
DMARC, DKIM and SPF management
These are the technical email authentication standards that tell the internet your emails are legitimate. Without them, your emails are more likely to land in spam folders and your domain is easier for criminals to impersonate. We set them up correctly and monitor them on your behalf.
Domain management
We handle your domain renewals, DNS records and domain security settings so nothing lapses or goes wrong in the background.
Detailed documentation
Everything we do is clearly documented so you always have full visibility and control over your IT environment.

Onboarding

Every new client goes through a structured onboarding process to ensure everything is set up correctly from day one. During onboarding we deploy all our core systems including remote monitoring, endpoint protection, backups, patch management and access to our support platform.

A one-off onboarding fee applies, equivalent to your first month of support. This covers the time and work involved in getting your environment properly set up, documented and handed over, ensuring there are no gaps in your protection and no surprises further down the line.

Once onboarding is complete, we carry out a full review of your environment and provide a prioritised list of recommendations to strengthen your security, resilience and efficiency over time.

We are confident you will notice the difference from day one. Every new client is covered by a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy within the first 90 days, you can walk away with no penalty and no questions asked.
